Position Summary

Administers Physical Therapy services under medical prescription in accordance with Hospital regulation, State of Connecticut Practice Act and quality standards. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy. 

Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice in the State of Connecticut.
